The relaunched call PS/1235 has €2,259,875 for mental health and addiction centres in public hospitals in Bucharest-Ilfov. It funds works, medical equipment and digitalisation. A project can receive between €200,001 and €753,291. Deadline: 28 October 2026, 17:00.

PR Bucharest-Ilfov 2021-2027 — Call PR BI P1/1.1/1/2026: Support for developing an innovative conceptual model (Proof of Concept)
De minimis grants of 50,000–200,000 euro, up to 100% of the eligible value, for SMEs in Bucharest-Ilfov that validate an innovative product, process or service concept (from TRL 3 to TRL 4–5). The guide was under consultation until 4 July 2026.

PR Bucharest-Ilfov — multimodal passenger and freight terminals (call PR BI P5/5.3/1/2026)
Call PR BI P5/5.3/1/2026 has 37.5 million euro for multimodal passenger and freight terminals. City halls, the Bucharest sectors, Bucharest Municipality, Ilfov County and their institutions can apply. Projects must be worth at least 500,000 euro, with funding of up to 98% in Ilfov and 93% in Bucharest.

Regional Participation Fund (FPR) — EIB loans with a 40% grant for SMEs in the North-East, South-East and Bucharest-Ilfov
The EIB manages €233.35 million from the PR North-East, South-East and Bucharest-Ilfov for SME loans of up to €5 million over a maximum of 84 months: 70% at zero interest and a 40% grant if the investment is completed on time. The partner banks have not yet been announced.

PR Bucharest-Ilfov — Action 1.4: support for innovation clusters (call PR BI P1/1.4/1/2026)
Call PR BI P1/1.4/1/2026 has €10 million for innovation clusters in Bucharest-Ilfov that include SMEs and research organisations. Management entities with the ESCA label can receive €300,000–2,000,000 for shared research and development facilities.

PR Bucharest-Ilfov 3.3 — construction of new public NZEB+ buildings (call PR BI P3/3.3/1/2026)
A competitive PR Bucharest-Ilfov call worth €8,945,000, of which €3,578,000 from the ERDF, for new demonstrative public NZEB+ buildings. City halls, the Bucharest sectors and public institutions in the region can apply. The call is expected to open in October 2026.

The 7 CEF Transport 2026 calls (CINEA) have €1.1 billion for TEN-T: railways, inland waterways, military mobility, ports, external borders, road digitalisation and the electrification of road freight transport and airports. Deadline: 6 October 2026, 17:00 CEST.

CINEA is accepting applications for CB RES status until 6 October 2026, 17:00 (Brussels time). The status does not bring money directly. Without it, however, cross-border renewable projects cannot apply for funding for works and studies under CEF Energy.

A competitive PEO call worth 26,275,200 euro from the ESF+ for universities with early education programmes and for Ministry of Education (MEC) structures, including the Teaching Staff Houses (Casele Corpului Didactic), that train educators for children from disadvantaged backgrounds. The Ministry of Energy is offering 150 million euro from the Modernisation Fund for new stand-alone battery storage installations owned by companies with CAEN code 35. The aid covers up to 100% of eligible costs, with a maximum of 69,000 euro/MWh and 15 million euro per company.

PEO — ALMA Initiative: training, placements in another EU state and employment for NEET young people (action 2.a.2)
