Municipalities in the North-East Region, including county seats, can submit energy renovation projects for residential blocks of flats until 16 November 2026, 14:00. The call is non-competitive and has €37.19 million, and the town hall contributes 2%.

Regional Participation Fund (FPR) — EIB loans with a 40% grant for SMEs in the North-East, South-East and Bucharest-Ilfov
The EIB manages €233.35 million from the PR North-East, South-East and Bucharest-Ilfov for SME loans of up to €5 million over a maximum of 84 months: 70% at zero interest and a 40% grant if the investment is completed on time. The partner banks have not yet been announced.

The 7 CEF Transport 2026 calls (CINEA) have €1.1 billion for TEN-T: railways, inland waterways, military mobility, ports, external borders, road digitalisation and the electrification of road freight transport and airports. Deadline: 6 October 2026, 17:00 CEST.
