Sales academy

Nine out of fourteen days,
real practice.

Sales techniques, the legal side and working in a CRM. The theory is done in 3 days — you spend the rest selling, with a mentor beside you. The best graduates receive a job offer in Bucharest.

The next intake starts in October 2026. Places are limited.

What you get

Training that ends with a hiring decision

01

Four modules

Sales, legal, CRM and the product — in the order you use them in the field.

02

Mentors who sell

Team members who sign contracts, not course trainers.

03

11 days of practice

Out of 14. Other courses on the market do the opposite — plenty of theory and one exercise at the end.

04

A chance of a job

The best graduates receive a full-time job offer.

Practice

What you do during the 11 days

  • Simulated sales conversations, recorded and reviewed with your mentor
  • Real leads to qualify, with feedback on each one
  • Contracts to read and explain in terms the client understands
  • Your own funnel kept in the CRM, from first contact to report
  • Objections thrown at you on the spot, which you answer without preparation

Most sales courses do the opposite: plenty of theory and one exercise at the end. Here the theory is done in 3 days so that there is time left for selling.

The theory

Four modules, in the order you use them

01

Sales techniques

Prospecting, qualifying a lead, structuring a discovery conversation, handling objections and closing. Consultative selling, not pressure.

  • Qualifying a prospective client correctly
  • The questions that uncover the real need
  • Objections: price, time, "I'll think about it"
  • The timing and form of the close
02

The legal side

What you sign and what you promise. The structure of a service contract, the clauses that matter, the limits of your mandate and the rules on data processing.

  • The service contract, clause by clause
  • What you can and cannot promise in writing
  • Confidentiality and personal data
  • Deadlines, penalties, termination
03

Working in a CRM

How to keep a sales funnel in a CRM: entering a lead, stages, activities, source attribution and reporting. Hands-on, with real data.

  • Lead, opportunity, funnel stages
  • Activities and tracking deadlines
  • Source attribution: where the client came from
  • Sales reports and indicators
04

The product you sell

You cannot sell funding consultancy without understanding the funding. Programmes, eligibility, what a consultant can and cannot promise.

  • Types of non-refundable funding
  • How to read an applicant's guide
  • The eligibility analysis as a sales tool
  • What happens after signing

How it is structured

Two stages, 14 days

  1. 1

Stage 1 — the basics of the job 3 days of theory

The core theory: sales techniques, the structure of a contract, how non-refundable funding works and how to work in a CRM.

  2. 2

Stage 2 — in the field 11 days of practice

You get to work: simulated conversations with your mentor, real leads to qualify, contracts to read and explain, and a funnel completed in the CRM through to the report.

Your performance is tracked in both stages. There is no single final exam that decides everything.

Who it suits

See if you qualify

  • Final-year student or recent graduate — economics, business, management, administration, law or related fields
  • You enjoy talking to people and a "no" does not put you off
  • You work well with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • You are organised, meet deadlines and follow a file through to the end
  • You want a full-time job in Bucharest

You do not need any experience in EU funds. We teach that part from scratch.

Frequently asked questions

What candidates ask us

What exactly will I learn?

Four modules: consultative sales techniques, the legal side of service contracts, working in a CRM and the product itself — non-refundable funding.

Do I need sales experience?

No. The programme starts from zero. What matters is your academic profile, your willingness to talk to people and your ability to work in a structured way.

How long does it last and how does it run?

Fourteen days, entirely online, in two stages. The first five are for learning the theory; the next nine are practice on real cases, with a mentor.

What exactly does "practice" mean?

Simulated sales conversations that are reviewed, real leads to qualify, contracts to read and explain, and your own funnel kept in the CRM through to the report. Not paper exercises.

Is employment guaranteed?

No. Performance is assessed throughout both stages, and the job offer goes to the best graduates. The others keep the training and the feedback they received.

When does the next intake start?

In October 2026, in Bucharest. Leave your details in the form and we will write to you with the full programme and the steps to follow.
