Call PRSE/1.5/A/1/2026 has €60 million for industrial parks in the South-East Region. Park administrators and founders, including local authorities (UAT), can apply. Non-refundable funding is €0.5–10 million per project, and applications are submitted until 26 February 2027.

Who can apply
Industrial park administrators, as legal entities, and their founders may apply, alone or in partnership: local authorities (UAT) or companies established under Law no. 31/1990 or Law no. 1/2005. Partnerships between the founders and the administrator may also apply. The park must be in the South-East Region and comply with Law no. 186/2013. The industrial park title may already exist at submission or may be presented at the latest by the end of the contracting stage.

Until when can projects for industrial parks be submitted under the PR South-East?
Applications for call PRSE/1.5/A/1/2026 are submitted in MySMIS 2021+ from 21 September 2026, 10:00, until 26 February 2027, 14:00. The call is competitive, with submission by the deadline.
What is the budget of the call for industrial parks in the South-East Region?
The budget is 60,000,000 euro: 51,000,000 euro from the ERDF and 9,000,000 euro from the state budget. The indicative allocation is 10,000,000 euro for each of the counties of Brăila, Buzău, Constanța, Galați and Vrancea.
What funding can an industrial park project receive?
Non-refundable funding ranges from 500,000 to 10,000,000 euro per project. The de minimis component may be at most 10% of the total non-refundable amount: 50,000 euro for the minimum project and 300,000 euro for the maximum one.

What aid intensity applies in each county?
Regional aid covers 75% for micro and small enterprises, 70% for medium-sized and 60% for large ones in Brăila, Buzău, Vrancea and Tulcea. In Galați the percentages are 75%, 70% and 70%, and in Constanța 70%, 60% and 50%. De minimis aid covers a maximum of 90%.
