Who can apply
Micro-enterprises (fewer than 10 employees, turnover or assets below 2 million euro) with their registered or secondary office in the Bucharest-Ilfov region and the investment in an urban area (Bucharest or the towns of Ilfov)

Frequently asked questions
Can you still submit a project under the micro-enterprise call in Bucharest-Ilfov?
No. Call PR BI P1/1.8/1/2025 accepted applications from 3 February 2025, 12:00, to 17 February 2025, 12:00. As of 27 September 2026, no new call window has been announced for Action 1.8.
What is the maximum funding per project?
Between 25,000 and 200,000 euro non-refundable
How much must the company contribute?
At least 10% of the eligible value if you request up to 200,000 euro, and at least 20% if you request between 200,001 and 300,000 euro. The contribution must come from own sources, not from other state aid or de minimis aid.
Who could apply?
Exclusively micro-enterprises (fewer than 10 employees) with their office in the Bucharest-Ilfov region and the investment in an urban area. Investments in rural areas are not eligible, except for villages that belong to municipalities and towns.
What investments were funded?
Production or service premises (construction/extension), equipment, machinery, green technologies, furniture and IT, software, licences and trademarks. Core investments must represent at least 50% of the eligible budget.
How long does implementation take?
After the contract is signed: up to 24 months for projects with authorised works and 12 months for those without authorised works. In all cases, no later than 31 December 2029.
How long does it take to prepare the application?
It depends on the complexity of the project and the documents you already have. The first step is the eligibility analysis, which tells you what needs to be prepared.
What happens if I do not qualify?
We tell you before any contract is signed, and if another suitable programme exists, we point you to it.
