Micro-enterprises registered in the South-East Development Region, with their registered office or a fiscally registered work location for at least 2 fiscal years in the ITI Danube Delta area, in urban or rural areas.

Frequently asked questions
Can projects for micro-enterprises in the ITI Danube Delta be submitted now?
No. The guide for call PRSE/1.6/A.1/ITI/1/2026 was under public consultation between 30 January 2026 and 27 February 2026. As of 27 September 2026, ADR South-East has not launched the call, and the opening date in MySMIS2021 has not been officially announced.
How much funding can you get for a project?
According to the guide under consultation, non-refundable funding is between 20,000 and 200,000 euro per project, within the de minimis aid cumulation limit. The aid intensity is 90% of eligible costs, so the company provides an own contribution of at least 10%.
Who can apply?
Micro-enterprises (fewer than 10 employees and turnover or total assets of no more than 2 million euro) from the South-East Region that have their registered office or a fiscally registered work location for at least 2 fiscal years in the ITI Danube Delta area, in urban or rural areas, can apply.
Which investments are eligible?
Eligible are the construction, modernisation or extension of premises with utilities, the purchase of equipment, machinery, furniture and IT, energy efficiency and renewable energy, intangible assets linked to the investment, as well as diversification, internationalisation and circular economy solutions.
What is the total budget of the call?
The allocation of the dedicated ITI Danube Delta call is 4,818,066 euro, of which 4,095,356 euro from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
How long must the investment be maintained?
The sustainability period is 3 years from the final payment. During this period, the jobs created through the project must also be maintained.
How long does it take to prepare the application?
It depends on the complexity of the project and the documents you already have. The first step is the eligibility analysis, which tells you what needs to be prepared.
