Frequently asked questions
Can you still apply to the “Support for SMEs” call under the West Regional Programme?
No. Call PRV/1.3.B/1 received projects in MySMIS2021 between 1 August 2024, 12:00, and 30 September 2024, 12:00, after a one-month extension. As of 27 September 2026, the ADR West website shows no new call window for intervention 1.3.B.
What was the budget of the 1.3.B call for SMEs in the West Region?
The allocation for call PRV/1.3.B/1 was 41.25 million euro, from the West Regional Programme 2021-2027, administered by ADR West.
How much could a company receive under intervention 1.3.B?
For production activities (manufacturing CAEN codes), the non-refundable funding was between 300,000 and 4,000,000 euro. For services, between 200,000 and 1,000,000 euro.
Who could apply to the PR West Support for SMEs call?
Micro-enterprises with the investment in urban areas or certified tourist resorts, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in urban or rural areas, with the investment located in the counties of Arad, Caraș-Severin, Hunedoara or Timiș.
What own contribution had to be provided?
The contribution differs by county, because the regional state aid ceilings are different. The ADR West launch page indicates, for the regional state aid component: 30% (micro and small) and 40% (medium-sized) in Hunedoara, 40%/50% in Caraș-Severin, 50%/60% in Arad and Timiș. The exact percentages must be confirmed in the applicant's guide.
Which investments were eligible?
Modernisation or extension of work premises, construction, purchase of high-performance, energy-efficient equipment with advanced technologies, intangible assets, market expansion, certifications and consultancy, according to the applicant's guide as updated by Corrigendum No. 1.

It depends on the complexity of the project and the documents you already have. The first step is the eligibility analysis, which tells you what needs to be prepared.
What happens if I do not qualify?
