Who can apply
County seat municipalities in the South-Muntenia region can apply, namely those in Argeș, Călărași, Dâmbovița, Giurgiu, Ialomița, Prahova and Teleorman. The municipality can apply alone or in partnership, as project leader. Partners can be towns or communes from its functional urban area.

Projects can be submitted until 20 January 2027, 14:00. The deadline was extended by Corrigendum No. 3 of 9 July 2026. Submission opened on 22 July 2024.
Who can apply under the PRSM/414 urban mobility call?
County seat municipalities in the South-Muntenia region (Argeș, Călărași, Dâmbovița, Giurgiu, Ialomița, Prahova and Teleorman) can apply. They can apply alone or in partnership with towns and communes from their functional urban area. In a partnership, the county seat municipality is the project leader.
What are the minimum and maximum values of a project?
The eligible value of a project must be between €500,000 and €25,000,000. Non-refundable funding is capped at €24,500,000, and the applicant must provide co-financing of at least 2%.
What is the budget of call PRSM/414?
The total allocation is €71,644,243.94. Of this, €60,897,607.35 comes from the ERDF and €9,313,751.71 from the national budget.
Which investments can be funded?
The following can be funded: public transport with green rolling stock, traffic and mobility management systems, cycle lanes, pedestrian areas and bike-sharing, school buses and minibuses, urban mobility corridors, modernisation of depots and bus garages, and infrastructure for alternative fuels, including renewable energy production.
Has the applicant's guide been amended?
Yes. The guide has been amended by three corrigenda: No. 1 of 4 September 2025, No. 2 of 20 February 2026 and No. 3 of 9 July 2026. All of them can be downloaded from the call page on the ADR South-Muntenia website.
