Can you still submit a project under call 1.1.3.B of PR South-Muntenia?
No. Submission for call PRSM/267/PRSM_P1/OP1/RSO1.3/PRSM_A44 was open from 30 April 2024 to 9 August 2024, and the call is closed. As of 27 September 2026, ADR South-Muntenia has not announced a new call window.
How much could you obtain per project under call 1.1.3.B South-Muntenia?
Non-refundable funding was a minimum of 300,000 euro and a maximum of 3,000,000 euro. The ceiling depended on net turnover (at most 10 times) and on the CAEN class of the investment.

The budget was 144,000,000 euro: 122,400,000 euro from the European Regional Development Fund and 21,600,000 euro from the state budget.
Who could apply?
Non-agricultural micro-enterprises, small enterprises and medium-sized enterprises implementing the project in the counties of Argeș, Călărași, Dâmbovița, Giurgiu, Ialomița, Prahova or Teleorman were able to apply.
Which investments were funded?
The call funded technological modernisation, circular economy projects, internationalisation, product certification, business digitalisation and communication activities, all aimed at the sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs.
How much must the company contribute?
The company covers the difference between 100% of eligible costs and the maximum state aid intensity. The intensity differs by enterprise category (micro, small or medium-sized) and by the county where the investment is made.

It depends on the complexity of the project and the documents you already have. The first step is the eligibility analysis, which tells you what needs to be prepared.
