Who can apply
The cluster management entity (an association established under OG 26/2000) can apply on its own, or as the leader of a partnership alongside the cluster operator. The applicant must have research and innovation in its articles of association and at least one full fiscal year of activity. The implementation site must be in the South-Muntenia Region, in an urban or rural area.

- Construction, modernisation, extension, consolidation or change of use of cluster buildings
- Tangible assets: installations, machinery, equipment, furniture and apparatus
- Intangible assets: software programmes and licences, IT applications
- Energy efficiency equipment (maximum 15% of eligible costs)
- Services necessary for the operation of the investments above

No. Call PRSM/ID/1/1/1.3/D appears on the ADR South-Muntenia website with the status "pending". The guide was in public consultation from 28 May 2025 to 20 June 2025, and the submission date has not been announced.
How much funding can you obtain for a cluster project in South-Muntenia?
Non-refundable funding per project is a minimum of 300,000 euro and a maximum of 1,300,000 euro. The amount is converted into lei at the InforEuro rate valid on the date the call is launched. The total budget of the call is 5,882,352.95 euro.
Who can apply for cluster funding in South-Muntenia?

What co-financing must the cluster provide?
Co-financing is a minimum of 35% for costs funded through state aid. For costs funded through de minimis aid, co-financing is 0%.
By when must the project be implemented?
According to the documents put out for consultation, project activities cannot extend beyond 30 September 2029.
