Who can apply

Only pre-designated beneficiaries: the UAT Municipality of Craiova (Dolj county) and the UAT Municipality of Galați (Galați county). Companies can take part only as suppliers or contractors, through the public procurement run by the municipalities.

Who can submit projects under the PTJ Green Mobility call, Priorities 3 and 4?

Only two pre-designated local authorities: the UAT Municipality of Craiova for Dolj county (Priority 3) and the UAT Municipality of Galați for Galați county (Priority 4). Other town halls, county councils and companies cannot be applicants.

Until when can projects be submitted?

The call opened on 15 June 2026 and accepts projects until 15 December 2026. Applications are submitted online, in the MySMIS2021/SMIS2021+ system.

What is the budget of the call?

The total budget is 21,825,000 euro for Dolj and Galați counties. The Municipality of Galați has been allocated 15 million euro, of which 85% from the Just Transition Fund and 15% from the state budget.

Which investments can be funded?

Purchase of rolling stock and zero-emission vehicles for public transport, the related infrastructure (depots, charging stations), digitalisation of transport services, and efficiency and accessibility measures. For Galați, school and pre-school transport is also mentioned.

Is this a competitive call?

No. The call is non-competitive and aimed at pre-designated beneficiaries. The project must nevertheless pass the administrative compliance and eligibility check before contracting.

How can companies benefit from this programme?

Companies cannot submit projects. They can, however, supply vehicles, equipment or works through the public tenders organised by the municipalities of Craiova and Galați after the funding contracts are signed.

How long does it take to prepare the application?

PDDTJ Prahova — energy renovation of residential blocks of flats

Local authorities (UAT) in Prahova can obtain between 200,000 and 15,000,000 euro in non-refundable funding per project for the energy renovation of blocks of flats. The budget is 18.68 million euro (PDDTJ). Applications must be submitted by 3 February 2027, 17:00.
