Until when can I register for pre-selection in the pilot innovation call for SMEs in South-Muntenia?
The pre-selection questionnaire can be completed and submitted between 20 July 2026 and 20 October 2026. ADR South-Muntenia extended the original deadline by the announcement of 17 September 2026.
How much can I receive per project?
The eligible value of a project is at least €30,000 and at most €100,000. The call's page indicates funding of up to 100%.
What is the total budget of the call?
Call PRSM/ID/PRSM P1/OP1 has €29,882,352.94: €25,400,000 from the ERDF and €3,884,705.88 from the national budget.
Who can apply?
Micro-enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises and partnerships between them can apply, from the South-Muntenia region (Argeș, Călărași, Dâmbovița, Giurgiu, Ialomița, Prahova, Teleorman), in urban or rural areas.
What activities can be funded?
Industrial research, experimental development and feasibility studies can be funded. Also eligible are patent protection, secondment of highly qualified personnel, innovation consultancy, process and organisational innovation (including tools and equipment) and vocational training in the smart specialisation domains.
Can I submit the funding application directly in MySMIS?
Not at this stage. The call is still "pending", and the first mandatory step is the online pre-selection questionnaire. Review of the questionnaires begins after 20 October 2026.
How long does it take to prepare the application?
It depends on the complexity of the project and the documents you already have. The first step is the eligibility analysis, which tells you what needs to be prepared.
What happens if I do not qualify?
