PR South-East 2021-2027, Action 6.2 — tourism and cultural heritage in non-urban areas (call PRSE/6/6.2/1/2025)

Non-competitive PR South-East call, with €60 million, for tourism and cultural heritage in non-urban areas in Brăila, Buzău, Constanța, Galați and Vrancea. Applications are submitted until 30 December 2026, 14:00. A separate call for ITI Danube Delta, with €25.19 million, is under consultation until 6 October 2026.

Who can apply

In the regional call, the following can apply: UATs (counties and communes), partnerships between UATs, inter-community development associations (ADI) and partnerships with local public institutions. Places of worship can apply for cultural heritage projects. Destination management organisations can take part only in partnership with a county. The call is non-competitive: only applications for projects prioritised at county level are submitted. In the Danube Delta ITI call, currently under consultation, the following can apply: Tulcea County and the communes in the ITI territory, partnerships between them, ADIs with at least one eligible commune, partnerships with local public institutions or with associations and foundations, and places of worship. Destination management organisations can take part only in partnership with Tulcea County.

For the regional call, the value per project appears only in the guide in the ZIP archive. In the Danube Delta ITI call, currently under consultation, non-refundable funding is between €100,000 and €3,000,000 per project. The values should be confirmed in the applicant's guide published for the current call window.
