The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration will launch a new call for proposals under investment priority POR 2.1.A – Micro-enterprises (Promoting entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and by encouraging the creation of new enterprises, including through business incubators). The programme was last opened in 2017, and the reopening is possible thanks to an increase in the budget.
Submission schedule:
The project submission period is 8 July – 8 November 2019, and the applicant's guide is due to be launched on 6 May.
For this call for proposals, commercial companies and cooperatives that qualify as micro-enterprises will be able to apply for funding to build, modernise and extend production or service premises, and to acquire tangible and intangible assets, including online sales tools.
The funding that can be received is between 25,000 and 200,000 euro, which can represent at most 90% of the eligible value of the project.

- it must have made a profit in the previous financial year;
- it must have no debts to the consolidated budget or to local budgets.
Applications will be admitted in order of score, calculated according to the evaluation grid.

- The deadline for submitting the building permit, at the pre-contract stage, will be 90 calendar days;
- Including in the specific guide provisions from AMPOR Instruction no. 61/2017 on verifying the eligibility condition of keeping the average number of employees at least at the level recorded in the financial year preceding submission of the funding application;
- Updating certain details on the categories of eligible costs, in line with HG 907/2016 on the stages of preparation and the framework content of the technical and economic documentation for investment objectives/projects financed from public funds;
- Supplementing the checklist for administrative compliance and eligibility of the funding application with the situations in which clarifications may be requested;
