Who can apply

The following can apply: PFAs, sole traders (II), family businesses (IF), micro-enterprises and small enterprises, individual medical practices and veterinary practices, with 100% private capital. The registered office or the investment's place of work must be in the LAG territory (14 UATs in Iași county and Pâncești in Neamț county). The activity must fall under the CAEN codes in Annex 13 (maximum 5 codes). Territory of LAG Colinele Iașilor (these localities only): Bârnova, Ciurea, Dagâța, Drăgușeni, Grajduri, Ipatele, Mironeasa, Mogoșești, Scânteia, Șcheia, Tansa, Țibana, Țibănești, Voinești, Pâncești.

What is the deadline for submitting APC2 projects to LAG Colinele Iașilor?

The deadline is 16 October 2026, 23:59, and submission opened on 17 September 2026 at 09:00. The call window may close earlier, on the 6th calendar day, if the 200% threshold of the allocation is reached. Please confirm the status of the call window with the LAG.

What is the maximum amount of support and the support intensity?

The maximum non-refundable amount is 58,087 euro per project, which is exactly the allocation of the call window. The support intensity is a maximum of 65% of eligible costs.

Can construction works or the purchase of buildings and land be funded?

No. Costs for construction works and installations, the purchase of land and buildings, and the construction or modernisation of buildings are ineligible. Projects must involve machinery, equipment and fittings, with or without installation that does not require a building permit.

What minimum score must the project achieve?

The minimum selection threshold is 30 points, out of a maximum of 100 in the local scoring grid. In the event of a tie, the tie-breaking criteria apply: the legal representative's domicile and the registered office being in the LAG territory, and the share of the investment dedicated to the environment and to digitalisation.

How do you submit the funding application?

Online only, on the AFIR platform (gal.afir.ro), with the documents listed in the applicant's guide. An applicant may submit only one project per intervention in the same call window.

How long does it take to prepare the application?

It depends on the complexity of the project and the documents you already have. The first step is the eligibility analysis, which tells you what needs to be prepared.

What happens if I do not qualify?

Companies with working capital loans under IMM INVEST PLUS or IMM PLUS can refinance their balance as at 31 December 2025, up to 5,000,000 lei, for a maximum of 36 months. FNGCIMM guarantees up to 80%, no more than 4,000,000 lei, with a fee of 1.7%–2.65% per year.
