The maximum non-refundable amount is 50,000 euro per project, with a support rate of 100%. The total allocation for the call window is 96,634 euro.

How do you submit the funding application?

What is the minimum selection threshold?

The minimum threshold is 50.00 points. Evaluation takes a maximum of 40 calendar days, and appeals must be submitted within 5 calendar days.

It depends on the complexity of the project and the documents you already have. The first step is the eligibility analysis, which tells you what needs to be prepared.

What happens if I do not qualify?

Companies with working capital loans under IMM INVEST PLUS or IMM PLUS can refinance their balance as at 31 December 2025, up to 5,000,000 lei, for a maximum of 36 months. FNGCIMM guarantees up to 80%, no more than 4,000,000 lei, with a fee of 1.7%–2.65% per year.
