Local public authorities (communes/towns within the LAG territory), inter-community development associations, and associations and foundations can apply. The investment must be carried out within the LAG territory (Bod, Crizbav, Dumbrăvița, Feldioara, Hălchiu, Hărman, Ghimbav, Sânpetru, Șinca, Hăghig, Vâlcele). The public domain inventory certified by a Government Decision (HG) and published in the Official Gazette, together with, where applicable, a Local Council Decision (HCL) amending/supplementing the inventory. For ADIs, ownership/administration documents valid for at least 10 years from submission are required.
