Who can apply

Local producers, farmers or members of farming households who set up a new non-agricultural business or hold a business with no activity under the requested CAEN code. Eligible forms: PFA, II, IF, commercial companies, agricultural companies, cooperatives, composesorates/obști, micro-enterprises and small enterprises. The registered office or place of business must be within the LAG territory. Territory of GAL Țara Vrancei (these localities only): Bârsești, Câmpuri, Năruja, Negrilești, Nereju, Nistorești, Paltin, Păulesti, Răcoasa, Soveja, Spulber, Tulnici, Valea Sării, Vidra, Vizantea-Livezi, Vrâncioaia.

How much is awarded through M3 at GAL Țara Vrancei?

The support is a lump sum of 30,000 euro per project (100%), based on a business plan. The total allocation for the call window is 150,000 euro.

Who can apply under M3?

Existing micro-enterprises and small enterprises (with new non-agricultural activities) or new ones (start-ups), including PFA, II and IF. The applicant must be a local producer/farmer/member of a farming household, with a registered office within the LAG territory.

What is the submission deadline for M3?

Until 28 October 2026, 23:59, online at www.afir.ro. Submission opened on 29 September 2026 at 09:00.

How long does it take to prepare the application?

Companies with working capital loans under IMM INVEST PLUS or IMM PLUS can refinance their balance as at 31 December 2025, up to 5,000,000 lei, for a maximum of 36 months. FNGCIMM guarantees up to 80%, no more than 4,000,000 lei, with a fee of 1.7%–2.65% per year.
