Who can apply
Agricultural associative forms with their registered office or place of work in the GAL territory (Sărmașu, Râciu, Sânpetru de Câmpie, Pogăceaua): agricultural companies, agricultural cooperatives and agricultural cooperative societies, composesorate, common land associations (obști), producer groups and organisations. The investment must be implemented within the GAL territory. The applicant must be registered with APIA/ANSVSA/ANZ, as applicable, before submission. Territory of GAL Inima Câmpiei Transilvane (these localities only): Sarmașu, Râciu, Sânpetru de Campie, Pogăceaua.

What is the deadline for submitting L802 projects at GAL Inima Câmpiei Transilvane?
The call window has been extended until 22 October 2026 at 23:59. It was launched on 24 August 2026, and the original deadline was 22 September 2026. Submission is online only, at gal.afir.ro.
How much can you obtain for an L802 project?
Maximum 100,000 euro non-refundable per project, with a support rate of 65% and 35% co-financing. The fund allocated to the call window is 100,000 euro in total. In practice, a single project at the maximum value can exhaust the fund.
Can individual farmers or ordinary companies apply?
The guide lists only associative forms: agricultural companies, cooperatives, composesorate, common land associations (obști) and producer groups/organisations. PFAs, SRLs and individual farms are not mentioned among the eligible beneficiaries. The registered office or place of work must be in the GAL territory.
What is the minimum selection score?
The PDF announcement, the guide and the selection grid indicate 20 points, while the extension page indicates 35. The maximum is 100 points. The discrepancy must be clarified with the LAG.
How long does it take to prepare the application?
It depends on the complexity of the project and the documents you already have. The first step is the eligibility analysis, which tells you what needs to be prepared.
