We check the land or building in your project before submission, so your application doesn't fall on the paperwork.

Drawn cadastral plan, with parcels, elevations and a north arrow

Many investment projects stall at the property documents. We check ownership or right of use, the land register extract, the land's designated use and its fit with urban planning documentation. We flag early what is missing: urban planning certificate, approvals, cadastral update, loan-for-use or lease agreement covering the period the funder requires.

Who it is for

Beneficiaries who build, extend or modernise premises through a funded project.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to own the land to submit the project?

Not always. Many calls also accept a right of use — concession, surface right, loan for use or lease — but they require a minimum duration, which usually covers the implementation period plus the sustainability period. The exact condition is in the call guide and we check it before submission.

What property documents go into the application?

As a rule, an up-to-date land register extract, the cadastral documentation, the document proving the right over the property and, for construction works, the urban planning certificate with the approvals listed in it.

What should I do if the property has annotations or encumbrances in the land register?

We analyse them case by case, because not all of them block funding. We tell you which must be removed before submission and which can remain, so that you do not miss the call deadline.
