How long does it take from the first conversation to submitting the application?
It depends on the funding line and the call timetable. We work in four stages: assessing opportunities, eligibility analysis, drafting and submitting the application, then monitoring. We set the real timeline after the eligibility analysis, according to the call deadline.
What documents do I need to prepare before the eligibility analysis?
Generally the certificate of registration, the financial statements for recent years, the statement of debts to the state budget and a description of the investment you want. We send the exact list after the first conversation, because it differs from one call to another.
What happens if the company is not eligible?
We tell you in the eligibility report, before we start drafting the application. If the ineligibility can be corrected — for example through the CAEN code or the company's age — we indicate what needs to change and how long it will take.
Do you stay involved after the project is approved?
Yes. The fourth stage of our process covers project monitoring, procurement assistance and preparation of the reimbursement file.
