Can projects be submitted now for the county roads in Oltenia (call 2, SO 3.2)?
No. As of 19 October 2026 the call is in preparation: on 15 October 2026 ADR South-West Oltenia published the applicant's guide for public consultation, with a deadline for comments of 6 November 2026. The submission period for funding applications has not been announced, and call 2 does not yet appear in the list of launched calls of the South-West Oltenia Regional Programme 2021–2027.

What are the minimum and maximum values of a project?
The eligible value of a project must be between 5 and 20 million euro, including VAT. With an allocation of 24,096,385 euro, at most four projects can be funded.
What types of works are funded?

Local authorities (UAT) in Prahova can obtain between 200,000 and 15,000,000 euro in non-refundable funding per project for the energy renovation of blocks of flats. The budget is 18.68 million euro (PDDTJ). Applications must be submitted by 3 February 2027, 17:00.
