Who can apply
NGOs, local public authorities, schools and commercial companies can apply, provided they have a registered office, working point, branch or subsidiary in the SDL territory. Projects may be run in partnership, and the applicant must have collaboration agreements with the educational institutions or local authorities from which the target group comes. How are project sheets submitted?
Exclusively in electronic format, signed with a qualified electronic signature, to vngalpaduriledacice@gmail.com. The sheet, annexes and supporting documents are sent in the same file.
What is the call budget and the intensity of support?
The budget is 968,130 euro, and the support is a non-refundable grant. The intensity is 100% for NGOs, 98% for local authorities and schools, and 95% for commercial companies.
Which indicators must be met?
The minimum target is 760 participants (EECO01 and ESCO01) and 700 children under 18 (EECO06). For Roma participants the target is 215. Result indicator 6S1 requires an improved situation for at least 50% of EECO06.
Who belongs to the target group?
Vulnerable children from rural areas (including Roma children, children with parents working abroad, orphans, children of migrants and children in care), their parents or guardians, and support staff. The children must have their domicile or residence in the SDL territory.
How long does it take to prepare the application?
It depends on the complexity of the project and the documents you already have. The first step is the eligibility analysis, which tells you what needs to be prepared.
What happens if I do not qualify?
