Who can apply
The only eligible applicant is LAG Dealurile Târnavelor (MADR authorisation 2023-2027), as coordinator or partner in a cooperation project with other LAGs or similar structures from Romania or Europe. Businesses, PFAs (sole traders) and NGOs cannot submit the funding application directly. Territory of LAG Dealurile Târnavelor (only these localities): Albești, Apold, Daneș, Nadeș, Saschiz, Vânători, Biertan, Laslea.

When can the project be submitted?
Between 11 November 2026, 09:00 and 10 December 2026, 23:59, online at gal.afir.ro. The call window lasts 30 calendar days, but it may close earlier once 200% of the allocation is reached, after the first 5 days.
Who can be an applicant?
Exclusively LAG Dealurile Târnavelor, as the LAG authorised by MADR for 2023-2027, as coordinator or partner. The exception for NGOs does not apply to this intervention.
What is the amount of support?
The call window allocation is 60,000 euro, and the maximum non-refundable amount per project is 50,000 euro. The support rate is 100%, with limits for investments (65% in general).
What minimum score is required?
The minimum selection threshold is 30 points. The grid has 7 criteria, with a maximum total of 100 points; in the event of a tie, the number of partners counts first, then the ecotourism potential, then the lowest amount requested.
What must the project include?
At least one concrete joint activity with clear deliverables, a Cooperation Agreement signed by all partners, an Action Plan and a declaration on the contribution to the theme "Heritage for All". Two quotes are also required for each budgeted good or service.
How long does it take to prepare the application?
It depends on the complexity of the project and the documents you already have. The first step is the eligibility analysis, which tells you what needs to be prepared.
What happens if I do not qualify?
We tell you before any contract is signed, and if another suitable programme exists, we point you to it.
