Who can apply
Only Local Action Groups authorised by MADR for 2023–2027, in this case GAL Țara Vrancei. Partners must be LAGs or similar structures (DLRC) implementing a local development strategy. Companies cannot apply. Territory of GAL Țara Vrancei (these localities only): Bârsești, Câmpuri, Năruja, Negrilești, Nereju, Nistorești, Paltin, Păulesti, Răcoasa, Soveja, Spulber, Tulnici, Valea Sării, Vidra, Vizantea-Livezi, Vrâncioaia.

What is the deadline for submitting under M2 – Cooperation between LAGs?
The deadline has been extended to 9 October 2026, 23:59, according to the announcement of 9 September 2026. Call no. 2/9/2026 was originally launched on 23 July 2026.
Who can be an applicant under M2?
Only a LAG authorised by MADR for the 2023–2027 period, with an operating authorisation valid for the duration of the local development strategy (SDL) implementation. Partners must be LAGs or similar structures from Romania or Europe.
What is the maximum amount under M2?
The amount requested may not exceed 200,000 euro per LAG. The intensity is up to 100%, but for investments it is limited to 65% of eligible costs, rising to up to 100% in the cases provided for by Article 73.
How long does it take to prepare the application?
It depends on the complexity of the project and the documents you already have. The first step is the eligibility analysis, which tells you what needs to be prepared.
What happens if I do not qualify?
We tell you before any contract is signed, and if another suitable programme exists, we point you to it.
