Who can apply
Only a Local Action Group (GAL) authorised by MADR for 2023-2027, with a valid operating authorisation, can apply. Partners must be LAGs or similar structures (DLRC) implementing a local development strategy, from Romania or elsewhere in Europe. Companies, PFAs, farmers and town halls cannot apply. Territory of GAL Inima Câmpiei Transilvane (these localities only): Sarmașu, Râciu, Sânpetru de Campie, Pogăceaua.

Who can apply under L708/L709 at GAL Inima Câmpiei Transilvane?
Only a GAL authorised by MADR for the 2023-2027 period, with an operating authorisation that is valid throughout the implementation of the SDL. Companies, farmers, PFAs and UATs are not eligible beneficiaries. Project partners must be LAGs or similar DLRC structures.

What is the maximum value of the cooperation project?
The launch announcement indicates 30,936 euro with 100% non-refundable support, equal to the call window's allocation. The intervention sheet refers to a maximum of 50,000 euro per project, adjusted to the amounts still available. The general ceiling for cooperation is 200,000 euro per LAG.
What minimum score is required?
The minimum threshold is 25 points out of 100. The grid has four criteria of 25 points each: type of cooperation, relevance of the intervention, promotion of local producers and absence of similar previous support.
