Local public authorities (UAT) with their registered office in the GAL territory that have a Local Council Decision (HCL) for implementing the project can apply. The investment must be made within the GAL territory, on assets in the UAT's public domain. Companies cannot apply. Territory of GAL Eremia Grigorescu 1863 Galați (only these localities): Băneasa, Cuca, Fârțănești, Foltești, Frumușița, Măstăcani, Rediu, Scânteiești, Tulucești, Vânători, Vlădești, Târgu Bujor.
