Who can apply
Local public authorities, intercommunity development associations and associations/foundations with their registered office or a work location in the LAG territory can apply. Private companies are not among the eligible beneficiaries. The territory of LAG Colinele Iașilor (these localities only): Bârnova, Ciurea, Dagâța, Drăgușeni, Grajduri, Ipatele, Mironeasa, Mogoșești, Scânteia, Șcheia, Tansa, Țibana, Țibănești, Voinești, Pâncești.

Frequently asked questions
Until when can APC4 projects be submitted?
The submission period is 17 September 2026 – 13 November 2026, exclusively online. The call window may close automatically earlier once 200% of the allocation is reached, after the first 5 calendar days.
What is the maximum value per project under APC4?
The announcement indicates EUR 30,742 in non-refundable funding per project, at an intensity of 100% of eligible costs. The intervention sheet mentions a general ceiling of EUR 200,000, adjusted to the amounts remaining available.
Who can submit APC4 projects?
Local public authorities, intercommunity development associations (ADI), and associations and foundations. The registered office or work location must be in the LAG territory, and the investment must be carried out in the LAG territory.
Which investments are eligible?
Investments to reduce energy consumption, investments in environmental and climate awareness/education, intangible assets (software, websites, licences) and awareness services. Land, operating and maintenance costs and rent are ineligible.
How are projects scored?
Equipment purchases without installation receive 35 points, construction-and-installation works without a permit 25, and those with a permit 15. A further 15 points are awarded for reaching at least 1,000 inhabitants, 25 for applicants without previous SDL funding and 25 for an innovative action.
How long does it take to prepare the application?
It depends on the complexity of the project and the documents you already have. The first step is the eligibility analysis, which tells you what needs to be prepared.
What happens if I do not qualify?
