Who can apply
According to the guide, the eligible beneficiaries of the measure are exclusively local public authorities (UAT) and Intercommunity Development Associations (ADI) whose members are communes and/or towns within the LAG territory. The applicant must have its registered office or place of business within the LAG territory. The LAG Castra Traiana territory (only these localities): Berislăvești, Bujoreni, Dăești, Malaia, Muereasca, Perișani, Runcu, Racovița, Sălătrucel, Voineasa, Șuici, Brezoi, Călimanești.

When can you submit to LAG Castra Traiana M3, call window 2/2026?
Submission opens on 6 November 2026 at 09:00 and closes on 5 December 2026 at 23:59, i.e. 30 calendar days. Submission is online at www.afir.ro.
What is the maximum value of a project?
The maximum non-refundable amount is 70,000 euro per project, with a support intensity of 100%. The total allocation for the call window is 210,000 euro.
Who can apply?
According to the guide, only UAT (local public authorities) and ADIs whose members are exclusively communes and/or towns within the LAG territory. Companies are not eligible.
What happens if the allocation is exceeded?
The call window closes automatically at 200% of the allocation, but not during the first 5 calendar days, when you can submit regardless of the ceiling.
What investment maintenance period is required?
For investment projects, the applicant undertakes (by decision of the local council or general assembly) to maintain the investment and keep it functional for at least 5 years from the final payment.
How long does it take to prepare the application?
It depends on the complexity of the project and the documents you already have. The first step is the eligibility analysis, which tells you what needs to be prepared.
What happens if I do not qualify?
